3. No agent-client relationship from website use

Your use of this website, sending an enquiry, booking a consultation, or receiving general information does not automatically create an agent-client relationship.

An agent-client relationship is formed only when we agree to act for you and, where required, a written service agreement is entered into.

4. Immigration assistance

Any immigration assistance provided by us will be provided in accordance with the Migration Act 1958, the Migration Regulations 1994, the Code of Conduct for Registered Migration Agents, and other applicable laws and professional obligations.

For ongoing immigration assistance, we may require you to enter into a written service agreement.

The service agreement will set out the scope of services, professional fees, disbursements, payment terms, refund terms, client obligations, confidentiality obligations and other terms that apply to your matter.

If there is any inconsistency between these website Terms and Conditions and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
