Visa Australia Consult & Migrate provides Australian migration advice and visa assistance services. Immigration assistance is provided by Ilgin Azazi, Registered Migration Agent, MARN 2318123.

Where personal information or client documents are to be entered into an AI system, we will obtain your written consent before doing so, unless the information has been sufficiently de-identified or the use is otherwise permitted by law.
We remain responsible for the accuracy, quality and professionalism of all work produced with the assistance of AI tools. We will continue to comply with our confidentiality, privacy and professional obligations when using AI tools.

Your matter may require information to be sent to or received from overseas, including overseas employers, education providers, family members, government authorities or document-issuing bodies.
Some of our service providers, including cloud, email, software or AI providers, may store or process information overseas. Where this occurs, we will take reasonable steps to protect your personal information and comply with applicable privacy obligations.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

We are required to keep client records and files for the period required under the Code of Conduct for Registered Migration Agents and applicable laws.
