My name is Ilgin Azazi, and I’m a Registered Migration Agent (MARN 2318123). I founded Visa Australia to provide expert, personalised assistance for individuals, couples, and families navigating the Australian visa system.

My Story
I’m the founder of Visa Australia, and a fully registered migration agent dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate the Australian visa process with confidence and clarity.
My journey began with a strong academic foundation. I graduated from the prestigious Sabancı University in Istanbul, Turkey, with a degree in Industrial Engineering in 2011. Driven by a passion for problem-solving and global mobility, I moved to Sydney to pursue two Master’s degrees—in Engineering Management and Logistics Systems—from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), completing both in 2013.
Having experienced the migration journey myself, I successfully obtained my Graduate Visa (subclass 485), passed the IELTS with a proficient score, and achieved a positive skills assessment through Engineers Australia. I then lodged an Expression of Interest (EOI), received an invitation, and secured my permanent residency (subclass 189)—all without professional assistance. I navigated every step on my own, relying on extensive research, a deep understanding of migration law, and my meticulous attention to detail. That first-hand experience forms the backbone of the knowledge I now use to help others.
Professionally, I built a strong career in Australia’s IT and Finance sectors, first working as an Inventory Analyst in a global IT distribution firm, then as a Category Coordinator, and later as a Sales Support Manager. Across each role, I earned a reputation for my analytical thinking, reliability, and ability to deliver outstanding results.
Over the years, friends and acquaintances often turned to me for advice on how I successfully migrated to Australia. Their trust and curiosity sparked a new purpose—to guide others on their own migration journey. With that calling in mind, I made the decision to become a Registered Migration Agent.
It wasn’t easy. I committed myself to studying Australian Migration Law (Graduated in 2021), passing the rigorous Capstone Exam (the migration agent bar exam), and once again achieving a high IELTS score. After two years of dedicated preparation, I proudly earned my registration, proving not just my capability but also my resilience and passion for helping others.
I have now been working as a registered migration agent for years, and have successfully taken on dozens of clients. With an 88% overall success rate, I have never had a single refusal in Skilled or Family visa categories. The few unsuccessful outcomes were limited to tourist and student visa applications, which are often impacted by unpredictable factors beyond an agent’s control. When it comes to complex, high-stakes visas, my record speaks for itself.
